Clico Guesthouse catches the eye of the media

With plenty of publicity and some rave reviews from local and international media, Clico has become a sought-after destination for holidaying and dining.

This guesthouse, often described as a home from home, has grown significantly in popularity. This is partly due to the coverage it has received over the past few months from local travel magazines, international publications, competitions and promotions. Clico has become well known in Rosebank and further afield in Johannesburg.

Among the publications it has appeared in are Food and Home, Independent News in the UK, Diversion, Glamour, The Sunday Independent, Fodor’s (a US-based travel guide) and Elle.

In The Sunday Independent on September 30 2007, Clico is described as a “chic place to stay” and the food is rated “excellent”, while a promotion in the Clicks Club Magazine in July says Clico has become a “sure hit” with both local and international visitors.

This boutique establishment, with its nine en suite rooms and delectable dining, is a cosy getaway from the bustle of the Johannesburg streets. And the coverage of its qualities has alerted discerning travellers to a perfect destination.
