The Dining Area
The dining room is, appropriately, in the heart of the guesthouse. It's here that we like to spoil our guests with culinary delights whipped up by our resident chef, Sean Ackermann. Sink into the armchair-style seating, and await your starter - perhaps a herb salad with goat’s cheese and honey dressing, served with a dry, white wine such as a full-bodied Semillon. A delicious main course and dessert will follow - each served with a complementary wine.
